Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for driving cash flow generation, optimizing cash drivers, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cash forecasting methodologies to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze cash main drivers and elaborate action plans to optimize cash generation.
  • Supervise cash reporting processes with the group treasury team and ensure timely and accurate reporting to top management.
  • Act as an expert on balance sheet topics, including non-fleet working capital, provisions, rental fleet, net debt, and other related areas.
  • Provide comprehensive insights into financial performance by conducting in-depth analyses of balance sheet accounts.
  • Develop and train on cash forecast methodology to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in finance controlling, finance planning and analysis, or a similar position.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent English, French is a plus, and any other language is valued.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and highly organized and structured.
