Join Mirakl's Finance Team as a Strategic Financial Leadership Manager

Mirakl is a global leader in platform business innovation, empowering retail and B2B enterprises with cutting-edge technology to digitize and expand product assortment, improve efficiency, and boost profits.

We are seeking a high-energy, creative, and team-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to support our rapid growth. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and strategic initiatives.

Your Role:
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide financial guidance and leadership to support business growth and objectives.
  • Budget and Reforecasting Management: Develop and manage budgets and reforecasting processes for global Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments.
  • Performance Metrics: Build and monitor financial reporting and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Revenue Optimization and Cost Control: Oversee revenue streams and cost control measures to boost financial performance.
  • Business Partnering and Analysis: Collaborate with top management leaders to provide analysis and strategic insights to drive business performance.
  • Team and Process Management: Manage and mentor a team of business controllers, ensuring effective support for key departments.
Your Profile:
  • Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and process automation.
  • Experience with Anaplan, NetSuite, and Alteryx is a plus.
