We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flow Assurance Engineer to join our team at APTITUDE SAS. As a Senior Flow Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our clients' oil and gas production systems.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thermal and hydraulic analyses in steady-state and transient regimes
- Simulate the behavior of subsea pipelines using industry-standard software such as OLGA and PIPESIM
- Perform cold spot management studies using finite element analysis tools like SOLIDWORKS or CFD tools like FLUENT
- Provide and verify flow assurance data as input for studies conducted by other engineering disciplines
- Collaborate with coating engineers to develop specifications for insulation materials
- Generate, verify, and approve engineering documentation and data related to flow assurance
- Experience with subsea production systems, water, and gas
- Knowledge of interfaces with surface treatment systems
- Experience in designing thermal insulation based on standard OHTC and cooling criteria
- Knowledge of materials and insulation systems
- Practical knowledge of software such as OLGA, PVTSIM, MULTIFLASH, and PIPESIM
- Practical knowledge of FEA or CFD software for thermal analysis (a plus)
- Ability to work in a multicultural and international team environment
- Technical proficiency in English (mandatory)
