As a Senior Application Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting regional accounts and helping customers solve complex structural engineering problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical activities throughout the sales process, including customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Analyze technical needs and requirements, and create simulation solutions to streamline customer workflows.
  • Interact with customers to diagnose issues and find solutions to complex problems, improving their productivity and satisfaction with ANSYS products.
  • Collaborate with product development to improve ANSYS products and the customer experience.
  • Participate in internal corporate initiatives to enhance solution suites, presales/sales enablement, and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering software environment or as an engineer in the industry.
  • Demonstrated use of relevant software or knowledge of commercial CAE, CAD software packages for structural analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate and conduct webinars and presentations to customers.
