Industrialization Project Leader
We are seeking a skilled Industrialization Project Leader to become a vital part of our Connectors division. Reporting directly to the Industrialization Manager, your role will encompass overseeing industrialization initiatives for various components or products, alongside the responsibility of defining, selecting, and implementing necessary equipment.
Your primary duties will include:
- Developing timelines and determining essential resources, including materials, personnel, and financial investments.
- Overseeing industrialization initiatives: product development, equipment validation, and production line initiation.
- Engaging in the selection of partners: suppliers, subcontractors, or service providers, while managing the associated workflows.
- Creating cost assessments, conducting economic analyses, and aiding in investment decision-making processes.
- Coordinating and leading cross-functional teams dedicated to industrialization initiatives.
- Ensuring adherence to quality, quantity, cost, and schedule targets, while providing progress updates to management and Steering Committees.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of all critical and contractual project documentation.
- Contributing to ongoing improvement efforts.
Mobility: Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (Bac +5).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a comparable position.
- Expertise in project management, risk assessment, cross-functional leadership, team management, general mechanics, automation and assembly solutions, flow management, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Fluency in English.
- Personal attributes: proactive, detail-oriented, practical, and persistent.

This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits, along with a telecommuting agreement.
Location: Faverges (Haute-Savoie, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes)
