As a key member of our FCS Division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a globalized procurement strategy that aligns with our company's industrial directions. Your expertise will be crucial in building and deploying a procurement network that drives group objectives and enhances our production units' performance indicators.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing the current procurement landscape and formulating a strategy for globalization
  • Developing an international procurement network and leading its coordination
  • Evaluating international development opportunities and implementing actions for the rollout of the division's strategy
  • Overseeing and enhancing procurement performance indicators for the FCS Division's production units
  • Analyzing and forecasting risks associated with market dynamics and the global supply chain
  • Strengthening and maintaining the global procurement database
  • Initiating a comprehensive cost optimization program
  • Promoting sourcing innovation in collaboration with R&D departments
  • Facilitating communication with other Divisions within the group to ensure a cohesive strategic approach

Mobility: frequent international travel required.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in engineering science, completed with procurement education. A different level of education with significant experience will be considered.

Career Experience:

Minimum of 15 years' experience in procurement within an international and industrial company, on a role dedicated to implementing a globalized procurement strategy, ideally in low-volume and mechanical production environment.

Foreign language:

  • Fluent in English, German or French a plus, Chinese a nice to have.
