Marine Project Manager

Alcatel Submarine Networks is seeking a highly skilled Marine Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of submarine network installation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the marine installation program, ensuring it aligns with project objectives and timelines.
- Manage marine subcontractors from scope of work to implementation, ensuring seamless execution.
- Validate marine and land installation costs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and supervise the implementation of marine operations/installations, including load and lay plans, cable route studies, and shore-end activities.
- Coordinate BMH and land cable installation activities to ensure consistency across marine shore-end activities.
- Accountable for respecting agreed cable loading dates and proposing mitigation plans for project implementation issues.
- Select the best vessel(s) for the project, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Ensure all necessary information is provided to PPM for marine subcontractor selection and management.
- Manage vessel and cable importation processes, ensuring timely completion.
- Produce and distribute marine internal and contractual documentation as required.
- Prepare Force Majeure claims and risk/opportunity assessments, implementing mitigation plans as necessary.
- Provide regular updates to Project Finance Controller on marine FCAC, sales revenues, and cash out forecasts.
- 10+ years of experience in marine-related installation activities.
- 5+ years of experience in project management and subcontractor management.
