Job Description

Alcatel Submarine Networks is seeking a highly experienced Marine Project Manager to lead the marine program for our submarine network installation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the marine installation program, including the selection and management of subcontractors, the development and implementation of the marine installation plan, and the coordination of all aspects of the marine program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the marine installation program, including the selection and management of subcontractors
  • Develop and implement the marine installation plan
  • Coordinate all aspects of the marine program, including the loading and laying plan, cable route study, land and marine route surveys, and all subsequent marine installation activities
  • Ensure that all necessary information is given to the PPM for the selection of all marine subcontractors
  • Ensure that all aspects of third parties subcontracts are managed according to the defined terms and POW
  • Ensure that all vessel and cable importation processes are handled on time
  • Ensure that all necessary marine internal and contractual documentation is produced on time, archived and distributed to the customers according to the contract requirements

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience with marine related installation activities
  • 5+ years' experience in project management and subcontractor management
