We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Lead Product Architect to join our team at ProvenRun. Collaborating closely with our engineering teams, product managers, and clients, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering state-of-the-art security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy and Vision:
    • Formulate and communicate a long-term architectural vision that aligns with business goals and market dynamics.
    • Partner with leadership to create a roadmap for product development and enhancement.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Offer guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams of software engineers and architects.
    • Promote innovation and best practices in software architecture, development, and security.
    • Design and oversee the architecture of cybersecurity embedded software products ensuring scalability and reliability.
    • Assess and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Security Expertise:
    • Remain informed about the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.
    • Integrate security-by-design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Engage closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Prototyping and Proof of Concepts:
    • Lead the creation of prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate architectural choices and evaluate feasibility.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Ensure that products adhere to industry standards, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to cybersecurity.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven experience in senior technical leadership roles with a robust background in embedded systems and cybersecurity.
  • Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of software architecture patterns, cybersecurity protocols, and secure coding practices. Proficiency in C/C++, RUST, and Python. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Additional: Outstanding communication and presentation skills with a history of delivering complex software projects in the cybersecurity domain.
Technical Skills:
  • Experience with OS/RTOS such as Linux, VxWorks, or FreeRTOS. Familiarity with ARM Cortex-A, Cortex-M, and RISC-V processor architectures. Proficiency in communication stacks like TCP/IP, OpenSSL, and IPSEC.
  • Knowledge of security architectures, applied cryptography, and certifications for functional safety and cybersecurity would be advantageous.
