Job Title : Product Management Leader

Summary of the Role

As a Product Management Leader at Amadeus, you will be responsible for driving the product vision and strategy in alignment with our Universal Distribution vision. You will lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, ensuring the successful delivery of products that exceed customer expectations. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including Product Managers, R&D teams, Product Marketing Managers, Product Portfolio Managers, and shopping consultancy and support teams, will be crucial in aligning the product vision, strategy, and execution.

In this role, you will:

  1. Lead & Develop the Product Team : Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and PM excellence.
  2. Product Strategy & Vision : Define and drive the overarching product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  3. Portfolio Management : Oversee the entire product portfolio, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision and ensuring a cohesive product offering.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.
  5. Data-Driven Leadership : Utilize data and analytics to guide decision-making, optimize product performance, and continuously improve processes.
  6. Stakeholder Communication : Regularly communicate product updates, progress, and strategy to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a complex and evolving environment.
