Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to inform business decisions
  • Monitor and report on program performance, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Manage program costs, revenues, and margins, with a focus on optimizing cash flow
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare forecasts and budgets
  • Support the preparation of monthly business reviews for senior management

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in finance, controlling, or accounting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize complex analyses
  • Effective communicator in a multi-country, matrix organization
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS 15 POC revenue recognition
