Job Description

ENGIE GBS is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Business Support (GBS) team, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our Business Units and Corporate Units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the monthly closing, Best Estimate end of year, Budget, and Mid-Term Plan.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and relevant financial reporting (monthly closing, Budget, Best Estimate) in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Prepare performance review documentation for management, which includes financial data, key messages, and relevant analyses.
  • Structure and follow up the performance plan in consistency with Group requirements/targets.
  • Ensure appropriate administrative procedures, processes, and reporting are in place and respected.
  • Depending on GBS projects, lead various types of projects (internal to the team or transversal to GBS) around Finance topics.
  • Propose enhancements of processes and automation of tools where relevant.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in accounting, audit, or finance (BAC+5).
  • 7-10 years of experience.
  • French speaking with a high-standard level of English. Spanish would be a plus.
