Job DescriptionThis role involves leading the design and development of new products, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical design management, Catia integration, NX integration, and solution design.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement design strategies to meet business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop new products.
- Ensure that all designs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong experience in mechanical design management, preferably with Catia or NX.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- A deep understanding of design principles, including functionality, safety, and aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
The estimated salary range for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
