About the JobAs a Financial Controller in the Accounting and Tax team, you will join the Financial Permanent Control (FPC) department. This team of 14 people is responsible for ensuring the consistency and reliability of financial information with a focus on data quality control and BCBS 239 requirements.
Your role will involve forming the second line of defense, in conjunction with Natixis' Risk and Compliance team. You will be responsible for reporting to the finance department, implementing financial internal controls, and supporting the oversight of financial risk management within the finance department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting tests and controls on various themes provided for in the audit plan, collecting and keeping audit documentation in internal files;
- Evaluating 'best practices' and making relevant suggestions;
- Meeting with key stakeholders to validate findings and monitor corrective actions;
- Preparing structured and summary reports for management;
- Developing data analysis to participate in the transformation of the financial controller business by proposing the optimization and implementation of new permanent controls.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A higher education in accounting or finance;
- At least 4 years of experience in control professions (audit or internal control related to finance);
- Familiarity with IFRS and financial instruments;
- Control methodologies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Curiosity and adaptability, accustomed to working in a changing environment and with a variety of contacts;
- Organizational and time management skills;
- A good mind for synthesis, allowing you to make reasoned proposals on complex topics and support their implementation;
- Mastering of English with a B2-C1 level.
