Key Responsibilities:
- Pilot and manage a team of 3 accountants, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all financial tasks, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee the company's treasury function, ensuring effective cash management and liquidity.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage the company's tax compliance, including the preparation and submission of tax returns.
- Participate in the development of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Pilot the monthly close process, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with financial software, including Sage and Cegid.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
