Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HUMS Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Airbus Helicopters. As a key member of our HUMS Technical Support Department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring the highest level of safety and availability for their fleets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply technical support to customers as the primary point of contact
  • Assume 24/7 customer assistance for HUMS-related issues via phone
  • Deliver HUMS services while meeting contractual commitments
  • Implement HUMS systems and train customers on their use
  • Provide technical advice and consulting to ensure optimal system performance
  • Edit documentation, including training manuals and service bulletins
  • Develop improvements to HUMS systems and services to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical parts, systems, avionics, and vibrations
  • Proficiency in IT tools and software
  • Excellent technical English language skills
  • Background in helicopter support and maintenance processes (desirable)
  • Strong team spirit, customer orientation, and communication skills
Language Skills:
  • English: Advanced
  • French: Fluent
Security Clearance:

This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.
