Position Overview:
As a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors, you will be instrumental in the deployment, customization, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients to accurately assess their HR requirements and convert these into viable technical solutions. You will provide expert guidance on HR process best practices, configure SuccessFactors systems to meet specific demands, and offer continuous support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to ascertain their HR objectives and requirements.
- Design and tailor SAP SuccessFactors solutions in alignment with client specifications.
- Deliver technical insights regarding HR processes and SuccessFactors capabilities.
- Oversee customization, integration, and data migration efforts as necessary.
- Educate end-users on system functionalities.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring and technical assistance post-implementation.
- Contribute to the creation of new service offerings and the enhancement of internal processes.
- Organize and facilitate business workshops, including configuration, test documentation preparation, testing leadership, cut-over management, and hypercare oversight.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in deploying SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management module, with proficiency in complementary modules such as Employee Central and/or Onboarding considered advantageous.
- Strong technical acumen in system configuration and customization.
- Proficient in Workbook and Blueprint methodologies.
- Expertise in SAP SF iterative methodology.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
