Job Description:As a SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their specific HR needs and translate these needs into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with customers to identify their HR needs and objectives.
- Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions according to specific customer requirements.
- Provide technical expertise in HR processes and SuccessFactors functionalities.
- Manage customization, integration, and data migrations as required.
- Train end-users on system functionalities.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and technical support after initial implementation.
- Participate in the development of new service offers and the improvement of internal processes.
- Prepare and lead business workshops.
- Proven experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management module and mastery of a complementary module such as EC and/or Onboarding is a plus.
- Strong technical skills in system configuration and customization.
- Mastery of Workbook, Blueprint.
- Mastery of SAP SF iterative methodology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English, French a plus.
