Position: Welding Engineering Specialist

Role Overview:
- Evaluate and offer insights on supplier welding documentation to guarantee adherence to project specifications.
- Provide technical guidance to enhance quality assurance teams across multiple product sectors.
- Facilitate communication both internally and externally to ensure the achievement of project goals.
- Lead internal welding training initiatives and engage in supplier qualification processes.
- Identify and eliminate non-value-added tasks while upholding quality standards in nuclear projects.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts within the organization.
- Mentor and develop internal talent.
- Incorporate lessons learned to prevent recurrence of previous issues.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
Essential Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Certification as an International Welding Engineer (IWE) or International Welding Technologist (IWT).
- Proven experience in welding processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the nuclear sector.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
