Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service standards to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to recruit and train staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in retail management systems and technology.
  • Strong knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
