Position Summary
We invite applications for the role of SAP Business Analyst. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the SAP authority for logistics and quality functions, focusing on SAP Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), and Logistics Execution (LE).
- Assessing and supporting requests for new features or modifications as required by the business unit.
- Drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRD) or functional specifications for proposed changes.
- Acting as the primary liaison between the Information Management (IM) team and business stakeholders.
- Advocating for business stakeholders to ensure that the services and products align with business priorities and requirements.
- Coordinating with the IM team responsible for design, development, maintenance, and support.
- Maintaining a prioritized backlog of tasks in agreement with relevant business stakeholders.
- Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of logistics products and services, focusing on user experience, efficiency, technical performance, and cybersecurity.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in SAP Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Proven experience in leveraging technology to address business challenges.
- Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills; development experience is advantageous.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural teams.
- Adaptability to changing environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:
- SAP Certification.
- Supply Chain Management Certification.
- Fluency in English (B2-C1 level required).
- A solid engineering and technical background, with at least 2 years of experience in SAP migration and integration.
- A results-oriented mindset, with strong organizational skills and agility.
- An international perspective and a collaborative approach.
