KPMG's Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) services play a crucial role in assisting global clients with their corporate governance, risk management, and compliance needs.
Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will engage in various projects, whether remotely, at the office, or on-site with clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating current processes and organizational structures: identifying risks, assessing the effectiveness of controls related to significant risks, and providing best practice recommendations.
- Crafting and executing customized risk mitigation strategies.
- Supporting clients in transforming their operations: analyzing and redesigning existing workflows, identifying and assessing operational and financial risks, streamlining controls, and training client personnel.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations such as SOX, J-SOX, and AMF.
- Developing and implementing systems to meet specific regulatory requirements, including Anti-Bribery and Corruption and export control.
- Aiding clients in securing their core operations through business continuity and recovery planning.
- Assisting clients in navigating complex situations to stabilize operations and regain control.
Your Profile:
You hold a Master's degree from a prestigious business school, engineering program, or an equivalent university qualification in finance or accounting, with a keen interest in risk management, internal controls, auditing, and compliance.
Previous experience in a corporate setting, audit, or consulting firm is essential, along with a solid understanding of accounting and financial principles.

This position is based in one of our key locations in France or internationally, as part of a permanent contract.
