Job Description

Within the Customer Relations and Services Department, you will be part of the Corporate Operations division, a team of 70 experts. Your role will focus on ensuring seamless collective transactions, including participation, incentive, availability, and collective payments on the company savings plan and retirement savings plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and monitor participation, incentive, collective payments, and availability treatments.
  • Analyze customer contracts to configure modalities in our internal business tools and control them.
  • Process updates of administrative data of companies and their employees, including addresses, bank details, and authorizations.
  • Take charge of and monitor specific operations, such as changes in arrangements and shareholder operations.
  • Manage relationships with customers, companies, and savers, responding to requests for information through various channels.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a higher education and 3 years of experience in similar positions in the front and/or back office. You should be familiar with employee savings schemes and standard office tools. Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
