Job Title: Water Ski Team Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Water Ski Team Lead to manage our water ski base and team of power boat pilots and water ski instructors. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and teaching skills, as well as a passion for water sports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the water ski base and team of power boat pilots and water ski instructors
- Teach lessons for beginners and confirmed children and adults
- Organize and participate in all watersport events of the Village
- Ensure the security of the navigation zone
- Promote the water sports activity in the Village
Requirements:
- Water skiing qualifications or similar certification required
- RYA powerboat level 2 certificate
- English mandatory
- Good knowledge of how to repair power boats
Contract Type: Temporary contract
Package: Seasonal contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.
