Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Ski Manager to join our team at Club Med. As a Water Ski Manager, you will be responsible for managing the water ski base, leading a team of power boat pilots and water ski instructors, and teaching lessons to beginners and confirmed children and adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the water ski base and ensure its smooth operation
- Lead a team of power boat pilots and water ski instructors
- Teach lessons to beginners and confirmed children and adults
- Organize and participate in all watersport events of the Village
- Ensure the security of the navigation zone
- Promote the water ski activity in the Village
Requirements:
- Water skiing qualifications or similar certification required
- RYA powerboat level 2 certificate
- English mandatory
- Good knowledge of how to repair power boats
- Temporary contract
- Seasonal contract with salary adapted to skills and experience
