Join Our Organization as an HR Manager (M/F)

We are in search of a committed HR Manager to become part of our organization and manage all aspects of human resources. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Executing the HR policies established by the Group,
  • Assisting operational Managers with their everyday HR challenges,
  • Contributing to the planning and negotiation of social agendas,
  • Collaborating with employee representatives for effective social dialogue,
  • Providing assistance for CSE meetings,
  • Overseeing recruitment and HR development initiatives,
  • Managing payroll processes and personnel administration,
  • Generating HR metrics and salary analysis reports,
  • Facilitating training programs,
  • Coordinating European projects,
  • Implementing new sector agreements.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals with a background in human resources or business studies, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR positions. Proficiency in English is essential for communication within the Group. Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required. Excellent interpersonal abilities and organizational skills are highly valued in our dynamic work environment.
