About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing new sales initiatives, and providing on-the-ground support to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive growth
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies to identify and close key customers
  • Provide on-the-ground support to sales associates to generate leads and drive sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise sales in a SAAS, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce company
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience, leading a team of sales and business development
  • Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking (English and French)
  • Extensive portfolio of Digital, SEO, and SEM agencies
  • Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness
