Overview

We are seeking a skilled Patient Recruitment Lead to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our Patient First Solutions division, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of patient recruitment and retention strategies for assigned studies across multiple regions.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Senior Patient Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for creating and implementing patient recruitment and retention strategies, identifying potential barriers to recruitment and retention, and developing risk mitigation plans. You will work closely with clinical and project management teams to ensure country and region-appropriate methods are used and requirements met.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement patient recruitment and retention strategies
  • Identify potential barriers to recruitment and retention and develop risk mitigation plans
  • Work with internal finance and contracts to manage financial matters regarding providers
  • Collaborate with the Patient Diversity Team to ensure diversity plan is reflected within study recruitment and retention plan
  • Provide support for proposals and bid defenses around recruitment lead activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of project management experience in patient recruitment or clinical research. You should have analytical skills, knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and ethical considerations in patient recruitment. Proficiency in project management tools and software is also essential.
