We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist Lead with a strong background in human resources management and experience working in Paris, particularly in compliance with French labor laws. The ideal candidate is fluent in French with a Chinese nationality or experience in a Chinese company background. As a strategic Business Partner, this role will manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and ensure smooth functioning of HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. HR Business Partnering: Act as the main HR point of contact for all departments, providing strategic HR support to management and employees.
  2. Recruitment: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Ensure recruitment strategies align with business needs and cultural fit.
  3. Labor Law Compliance: Ensure full compliance with French labor laws, advising on any employment law issues and overseeing litigation processes.
  4. HR Operations: Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including employee records, contract management, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.
  5. HR Information System (HRIS): Maintain and manage the HRIS to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data management. Regularly audit systems to ensure up-to-date information.
  6. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes by liaising with external payroll vendors, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements. Manage payroll-related queries and ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations.
  7. Employee Relations & Litigation: Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Provide guidance on disciplinary matters, employee grievances, and support the company in managing litigation cases.
  8. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and workflows, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with all regulations.
