Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Engineer for the Central region. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with necessary travel throughout the Central area.

  • Join an international organization recognized as a leader in manufacturing spare parts for agricultural and industrial machinery.
  • In this position, you will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with a team of 5 Commercial Engineers, covering 16 departments across the Central region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by managing, promoting, and executing sales strategies that align with company objectives, with a focus on technological advancements.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and uphold market leadership.
  • Broaden the company's market presence by exploring diverse market sectors.
  • Conduct analysis of sales activities and opportunities using CRM tools for effective sales planning and forecasting.
  • Apply product knowledge based on customer insights, selecting the right technology and proposing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with project engineering teams and subcontractors for successful project execution.
  • Generate precise and timely reports on sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • A technical or commercial background with at least 2 years of experience in B2B direct sales to industrial clients.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
