Job Description

HBS is seeking a highly skilled ERP & Back-Office Applications Manager to join its team in Boulogne-Billancourt, France. As a key member of the Platforms and Solutions department, you will be responsible for managing the company's ERP system and low-code / no-code solutions.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the implementation and configuration of ERP systems to meet business requirements, oversee user training and support, ensure smooth transition from project to sustaining post-implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

You will also design and develop innovative approaches to address the needs and challenges of users and the company, ensure that internal solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and expectations, and monitor and measure the performance and impact of internal solutions.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in ERP projects with a proven success at a management position for a full ERP deployment in a middle-size company
  • Strong analytical skills and process design / functional specifications
  • Project management skills: Agile / Scrum and waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in various technologies and tools, such as MS Power Platform, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, SQL, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Low / No code approach
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders and users
  • Organized, structured, and rigorous
  • Proactive, creative, and problem-solving mindset
Language Requirements
  • English fluent (Spoken & Written)
  • French fluent (Spoken & Written)
