The primary duties include crafting proposals, organizing pertinent documentation, monitoring budgets, and ensuring the collection of client feedback. Furthermore, this role contributes to the overall efficiency of the department and provides support to team members as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality proposals and offer insights on various elements of bids.
  • Systematically organize and archive relevant proposal documents for future use.
  • Track and follow up on submitted proposals to obtain client feedback.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and assist colleagues to enhance overall department performance.
  • Achieve departmental objectives and comply with proposal submission timelines.
