About the Role
Lagardère Travel Retail, a world leader in Travel Retail, is seeking an International Brand Manager to oversee the coordination and development of the Foodservice Business Line partner brands' portfolio.
The Foodservice Business Line has reached €1.4bn in 2023, operating in 30 countries across 5 continents. As a growth engine, it has expanded its footprint and food expertise through acquisitions.
The International Brand Manager will actively participate in developing the Foodservice brand portfolio strategy, defining the methodology at a global level and ensuring its implementation in each country in collaboration with local teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new potential partners, develop new partnerships, and manage existing ones from monitoring mutual commitments to optimizing brand efficiency.
- Oversee communications between existing brands and local teams, coordinating with business development teams for entering new territories.
- Coordinate relationships with services involved in partner brand relationships, such as legal teams, to ensure agreement sustainability.
- Participate in answering tenders/RFPs together with Business development teams.
Requirements
- Business School or equivalent with experience in brand management or business development.
- Experience in foodservice or passion for the F&B industry.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills.
- Team spirit, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Strong skills in building impactful PPT presentations and negotiation skills.
