Temporary Contract
We are seeking a Creative Project Leader to report directly to the Brand Creative Merchandising Director. This role involves the design and execution of both temporary and permanent in-store materials, ensuring that brand values and messages are consistently represented across all customer touchpoints and markets. The position is primarily creative but also necessitates project management capabilities. It operates within a cross-functional environment, requiring both independence and a creative approach. In the competitive landscape of Fine Fragrances, adaptability and the ability to swiftly adjust while adhering to established timelines are crucial for success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs our Senior Creative Merchandising Project Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating design solutions and providing visual representations for brand merchandising at various stages of development.
- Developing concepts and driving innovation in-store across multiple brands.
- Leading collaboration with design agencies from initial creative briefs to final artwork production (including sketches, technical drawings, and material samples).
- Designing and delivering temporary in-store materials for various initiatives simultaneously, as well as establishing permanent guidelines.
- Translating creative concepts into technical briefs for material procurement or local production.
- Managing projects to ensure adherence to deadlines, budget constraints, and the effective delivery and implementation of developed assets in partnership with the GO TO MARKET team.
- Creating and documenting associated merchandising guidelines.
- Providing coaching and training to local affiliate staff during annual merchandising seminars or market visits.
This role requires frequent collaboration both internally (with the multi-functional team) and externally (with agencies, suppliers, and occasionally markets and licensors).

YOU ARE A COTY FITAs an accomplished Senior Creative Merchandising Project Leader, you thrive in a dynamic, diverse, and international setting. Additionally, you:
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Hold a degree from a creative institution in Interior Architecture or Global Design.
- Are fluent in both French and English.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office and 3D design software (Sketch Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD).
- Exhibit technical expertise in Architecture or Design (capable of interpreting technical drawings), Merchandising (including design), and managing external agencies.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly sketch creative ideas by hand.
- Possess technical knowledge regarding materials, production methods, printing techniques, and artwork processes.
- Exhibit project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have insights into shopper behavior, competitors, and customer preferences to contribute to the evolution and adaptation of brand guidelines.
- Experience in retail architecture within the cosmetics sector is advantageous.
