Senior Creative Merchandising Project Manager

Coty is seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Merchandising Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering temporary and permanent in-store materials, ensuring brand values and messages are maintained and consistent across all touchpoints and countries.
Key Responsibilities:- Design solutions and provide renderings for brand merchandising at various levels of development.
- Elaborate concepts and drive innovation in-store across all brands.
- Lead collaboration with design agencies from creative brief to artwork production.
- Design and deliver temporary in-store materials for various initiatives.
- Transform creative concepts into technical briefs for buying material purposes or local production.
- Manage projects, ensuring deadlines, budget, delivery, and implementation of assets developed in collaboration with the GO TO MARKET team.
- Create and draw up associated merchandising guidelines.
- Coach and train local affiliate staff during annual merchandising seminars or market visits.
- 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Graduated from a creative school with a focus on interior architecture or global design.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and 3D software (SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD).
- Technical mastery of architecture or design, merchandising, and external agencies management.
- Hand-drawn capability to quickly sketch creative ideas.
- Technical knowledge of materials, production techniques, printing techniques, and artwork processes.
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of shoppers, competitors, and customers to contribute to brand guidelines evolution and adaptation.
