Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including cloud, license, and professional service contracts across various software offerings.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to obtain up-to-date information and provide excellent solutions to negotiation issues.
- Resolving commercial disputes and addressing data protection considerations.
- Developing knowledge and expertise in these fields through the execution of these assignments.
