Juridisch adviseur

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented legal counsel to support our rapidly growing business in France. As a legal counsel, you will be responsible for providing pro-active, professional, and competent legal support to our business operations in France.

• Review and negotiate contracts in procurement, sales, administration, and other business-related areas.
• Review compliance of business projects, promotions & campaigns, features and functions of products.
• Provide legal support to our R&D center in France, including supporting technical cooperation projects.
• Manage and maintain relationships with external legal resources.
• Track legislative changes and provide legal awareness training to employees.

• Degree in law (LL.B or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a multinational company or law firm.
• Familiarity with business law, competition law, data protection law, consumer right protection law, corporate law, and labor law.
• French/English as working language.
