As an integral part of our service operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of elevators across various sites. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving complex technical issues, performing initial assessments on new equipment, and collaborating with supervisors to ensure seamless installation and maintenance handovers.
Your Responsibilities:- Technical Expertise:
- Provide expert troubleshooting and repair services for elevator systems, addressing complex technical challenges that require in-depth analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct thorough assessments of new equipment from competitors or KONE, ensuring compatibility and adherence to safety standards.
- Identify potential technical gaps arising from new equipment installations and effectively communicate these findings to supervisors and technical support teams.
- Service Delivery:
- Collaborate with the service supervisor to plan and prioritize workload, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain meticulous records of work performed, adhering to reporting procedures and providing accurate documentation for customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve repair and maintenance processes, sharing valuable insights with Clinica Specialists, Analysts, and the Technical Helpdesk.
- Customer Focus:
- Build strong relationships with customers, demonstrating professionalism and providing exceptional service throughout all interactions.
- Maintain open communication with on-site personnel, providing clear updates on work progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and exceeding expectations.
- Teamwork and Knowledge Sharing:
- Actively participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay abreast of industry advancements.
- Share knowledge and expertise with Maintenance Technicians, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of products, methods, and safety protocols by providing valuable feedback to the PCM organization and supervisors.
