Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing & Business Development Director to lead our regional Europe/CIS team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and align business strategies on product category level, working closely with regional colleagues to drive regional business strategy.
- Coordinate new customer or new product development projects with Sales, R&D, and production teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Manage product registration and authority approvals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Define promotional strategies with Area and Regional management, prepare and monitor promotion budgets.
- Coordinate and prepare business budgeting, ensuring timely and accurate financial planning.
- Provide strong technical service to Sales teams, ensuring seamless product and application technology transfer to the region.
- Contribute to local distribution management policy and monitor implementation.
- Develop pricing policies for each product category to support business growth and optimize company profit.
- Drive new business development through Technical and Marketing efforts.
- Identify new approaches in e-commerce and explore opportunities to grow the business and optimize business management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Animal Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, Business, or related field; MBA degree a plus.
- At least 10 years' experience in sales, marketing, animal nutrition, or business development, with international/regional people coordination experience preferred.
- Excellent marketing sense and strategic view to the business.
- Autonomy, transparency, customer-oriented, and result-driven.
- Strong people management and leadership skills to lead a team with diverse profiles.
- Excellent coordination competence in a multifunctional organization and strong influential power.
- Capacity to interact with senior management in both global and local management teams.
- Deep understanding of multi-species animal nutrition.
