In this role, you will:

  • Steer client engagements by leveraging your leadership capabilities and deep knowledge in regulatory adherence (Basel III/IV, CRR3, etc.), risk oversight, and operational risk system modeling.
  • Guide and mentor consultants, nurturing their professional development within the organization.
  • Enhance team dynamics through strategic recruitment and robust client relationship management.
  • Collaborate on proposals, engage in focused business development initiatives, and sustain client partnerships.
  • Actively participate in the firm’s initiatives, including external representation, event coordination, and governance involvement.
We seek candidates who possess:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Risk Management.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in risk and banking compliance within consulting or banking sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit, market, and counterparty risk, along with familiarity with regulatory frameworks (Basel III, CRR2/3, CRD IV/V, etc.).
  • Exceptional project management and process enhancement capabilities.
  • Strong business insight and outstanding communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
