Head of Contracts Manager

Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) seeks a highly skilled and experienced Head of Contracts to lead our contract management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement contract management plans to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate contract negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
- Administer and manage contracts, including contract modifications and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide technical and commercial direction to contracts and claims personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 12 years' experience in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry, with exposure in business and risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Reports to Business Manager (Project Controls).
- Direct reports: 2-3 Lead of Contracts during EPC.
- Frequent interaction with NFW Onshore Business Manager (Project Controls), NFS Onshore Contracts Division Manager Support, Team Risk Management Head, and team members within the NFS PMT organizations.
- Regular contact with Execution Planning and Services (EP&S), Legal, Supply, Finance, and Shared Services Departments.
- Regular contact with FEED Contractors, their sub-contractors, and vendors during the execution of the project.
