As a pivotal player in the role of a Solutions Architect at Infor, you will be instrumental in fostering transformative changes for our clientele. This position offers a unique chance to influence the evolution of ERP solutions and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients.
  2. Ensure that the solutions delivered are in alignment with the design agreed upon during the sales process.
  3. Collaborate with Infor Program leadership to assist clients in achieving their objectives.
  4. Develop and enhance essential Architecture Artifacts, ensuring they are systematically organized and consistently updated.
  5. Validate solution designs to meet the project goals and technical specifications, ensuring that business value is realized.
  6. Provide guidance to the Project Team, actively engaging in various project phases to facilitate solution adoption.
  7. Assess client systems, proposing effective solutions to tackle their business challenges.
  8. Integrate change acceptance principles into requirements and decision-making processes.
Organizational Support and Development:
  1. Contribute to the Architecture Competency Centre, aiding in the development of best practices and tools.
  2. Conduct knowledge transfer and coaching sessions for consultants, including new recruits.
Sales Collaboration:
  1. Partner closely with PreSales and Sales teams on significant opportunities within your sector.
  2. Provide industry-specific insights during the sales cycle to aid in planning activities.
  3. Recommend comprehensive solution designs that align with client objectives and desired outcomes.
Innovation Initiatives:
  1. Identify and cultivate potential business use cases.
  2. Assist in defining the business case for implementing innovative solutions and managing proof-of-concept projects.
  3. Offer valuable insights to our Research and Development team based on prevailing industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Extensive knowledge of ERP implementation.
  2. Industry experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail to ensure overall solution consistency.
  3. Exceptional skills in Stakeholder Relationship Management.
  4. Willingness to travel (up to 40%).
  5. Proficiency in both French and English.
  6. Your expertise, leadership, and innovative mindset will be crucial to our success.
