We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Identity & Access Management Center of Excellence (IAM CoE) team at AXA Group Operations. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in facilitating communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure that solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret business needs and opportunities for improvement, identifying areas for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from data, informing business decisions and driving process improvements.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and vice versa, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective solution delivery.
- Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for new business solutions, ensuring timely and successful project execution.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to address complex business issues and drive collaborative problem-solving, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of IAM concepts, solutions, and services, including identity management and authorizations.
- Familiarity with Product Management, Project Management, and Process design practices.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and solve business problems, driving process improvements and cost reductions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with a second language a plus.
