Job Summary

The Responsable Maintenance et Production will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire production process to achieve desired results and production yields. This role is essential to ensure efficient, high-quality production that meets industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical:
    • Improve the fermentation process and collaborate with the quality engineer.
    • Establish and organize maintenance schedules for various workshops.
    • Manage consumable orders and anticipate production needs during the inter-campaign period.
    • Participate in site development projects and provide support as directed by management.
    • Establish and organize maintenance schedules for various workshops.
    • Preventively list available parts and organize their storage.
    • During production, ensure the organization of curative and preventive maintenance and production, as well as the proper functioning of various equipment and their adjustment based on analyzed data.
    • Guarantee the overall efficiency and yield rate of production tools.
  • Management:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 6 people.
    • During the harvest period, manage a production team on a shift and ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration.
    • Organize operator schedules for the distillery during the harvest period and manage personnel tracking (presence, leave, training, contract, contract amendments) for both shifts.
    • Manage technical subcontractors.
  • Quality:
    • Follow and pilot ISO 9001 certification within the JM distillery.
    • As a member of the COPIL (Committee for Steering) for ISO 9001 certification, propose quality improvements.
    • Ensure technological vigilance and participate in the search for new suppliers.
    • Pilot the 'Production Analysis', 'Project Management', and 'Installation Maintenance' processes.
  • Administrative:
    • Manage orders for spare parts and consumables intended for production.
    • Manage interventions and entries/outputs of parts (GMAO).
    • Establish contracts with service providers.
    • Perform daily production reporting.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an engineer with a general or technical background, preferably with specialization in process management on a production site, ideally in the food industry. They should have at least one year of experience in production management applied to the food industry, preferably in the spirits sector. Strong interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork will help manage teams and contribute to the development of the company's image. The candidate should be rigorous, autonomous, and proficient in computer tools and professional English. They should hold the necessary safety certifications (safety and rescue, RSIE, fire, ATEX level 1, electrical BS-BE, tower aero-refrigerated, confined space, CACES).
