Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome, a renowned luxury hotel near Place Vendôme, seeks a talented Pastry Chef to join our esteemed culinary team.
Our establishment boasts two exceptional dining venues: Pur', a Michelin-starred restaurant, and Café Jeanne, both catering to an international clientele with discerning palates.
Your Role:
- Collaborate in receiving and managing deliveries of fresh ingredients, ensuring optimal quality and freshness.
- Contribute to minimizing waste and breakage within the pastry kitchen, promoting efficiency and sustainability.
- Demonstrate creativity and adaptability in developing innovative dessert creations that align with our culinary standards.
- Actively participate in all aspects of dessert preparation and presentation, upholding the highest standards of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Possess a degree from a reputable culinary school specializing in pastry arts.
- Have a minimum of one year of experience working as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of HACCP standards and food safety protocols.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
