SUEZ Eau France – Grand Ouest is on the lookout for a Water Quality and Process Operations Leader for its subsidiary Epuréo, which manages a network of wastewater treatment facilities.
The Water Quality and Process Operations Leader will take charge of the management of several treatment stations, including a laboratory responsible for conducting self-monitoring assessments. This role requires close collaboration with team members to guarantee water quality and operational effectiveness across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations and maintenance of treatment plants while ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with self-monitoring protocols and quality assurance reporting.
- Enhance plant processes to achieve optimal economic performance.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead a team of professionals, providing necessary training and support.
- Contribute to budget planning and financial management.
