We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Process Manager - Water Treatment to join our team at SUEZ. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our water treatment plants and ensuring the highest quality of water is produced.
Key Responsibilities- Process Management
- Ensure the efficient operation of our water treatment plants, including the management of process parameters and the optimization of treatment processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
- Quality Management
- Ensure that all water produced meets or exceeds regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all water is of the highest quality.
- Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure that all water quality testing is accurate and reliable.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of operators and technicians to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all operational needs are met.
- Budgeting and Planning
