We are offering a Fast-Track Graduate Program for Field Service Data Engineers in Europe, starting in September 2024.

The 6-month program is aimed at ambitious new graduates looking for an exciting career in the semiconductor industry.

In this role, you will have the potential to accelerate your career and acquire an insight into different areas, whilst building a valuable international network.

Upon completion of your training, you will be in either Grenoble (France), Agrate (Italy), Dresden (Germany) or Kildare (Ireland) which are vibrant hubs for the semiconductor industry in Europe.

As a Data Engineer, you will act as a support function to our Field Service Engineer, providing analytical data visualization to the service team and ensuring the use of the latest predictive models.

You will design, test and deploy new models and algorithms to understand and predict equipment behavior behind the data, using direct inputs from our field service experts.

The program includes theoretical and practical knowledge transfer, as well as international placements at our newest production sites in Asia and Europe.

Training on-the-job and guided tasks will be provided to gain experience, supported by a local buddy, team colleagues, and managers.

Long-term work opportunities at our European sites with potential development opportunities in various specialisms are available.

We are looking for you:

  • You are graduating, or have recently graduated, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or related field
  • An advanced level of English (headquarter is in the US) together with a proficient level of either French, German or Italian
  • You are an EU Citizen or have the right to live and work in France/Italy/Ireland/Germany

Your mindset is important:

  • Teamplayer with strong interpersonal skills and a building trust nature
  • Exercise judgement based on data analysis of multiple sources of information like plant documentations, schematics, and hardware data
  • Find solutions with different tools to get the machine running again
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information and works to build consensus
