Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Pipeline Installation Analysis Engineer to contribute to our projects. This role focuses on the comprehensive analysis of pipeline installation processes, ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough feasibility assessments and installation analyses, addressing all associated risks while adhering to safety regulations for various operations, including pipe laying and riser installation.
  • Identify and enhance installation procedures, determining optimal laying methods such as S-Lay, J-Lay, and reeling.
  • Guarantee the quality of analyses and adherence to project timelines.
  • Collaborate with related subsea disciplines, understanding project interface dynamics.
  • Provide engineering support during operations, which may include occasional offshore assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety objectives and legal standards.
  • Actively contribute to the knowledge consolidation within the department.
  • Propose innovative solutions aimed at reducing costs and risks.

Desired Qualifications:
We encourage candidates with the following qualifications to apply:
  • Experience in Finite Element Analysis methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of beam theory and material physics.
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools such as Orcaflex, Abaqus, Python, and VBA.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
  • Proficient report writing skills, with a focus on accuracy and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for short assignments.
