Merchandise Operations Coordinator

We're seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate MRP and forecasts by analyzing sales data and holding regular forecast reviews with NAMs. Your goal will be to adapt purchase plans to avoid overstocks or poor availability across all markets (UK, France, and USA).
You'll work closely with our Supply and Demand Manager to ensure seamless shipping processes, from PO generation to tracking and shipping. Your expertise in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, will be essential in managing our inventory and making data-driven decisions. Additionally, you'll have a good understanding of planning tools and MRPs, as well as SAP.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data to maintain accurate MRP and forecasts

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
Good understanding of planning tools and MRPs, as well as SAP
